Classy Oscar winner

Jennifer Lawrence takes home the Oscar for Best Actress 2013.  Class act anyway you look at it.  A few months ago I posted an article here about Jennifer Lawrence.  I was really unaware of who she was.  My girls were pumped about the casting of The Hunger Games and I knew nothing of Jennifer Lawrence.  I have to admit, I was intrigued by her look and am always willing to give new talent a chance.  I went out and searched her on IMDb and found out she was in an earlier movie, The Winter’s Bone.  I watch and was tremendously impressed. This past week Jennifer wins the Oscar at such a young point in her career.  I was telling my family that this lady is going to be around for a long long time.  When she is walking up the stage at the Oscars she trips!  Everyone has seen or heard about this.  But damn, this young lady takes it all in stride. Hollywood needs more people like Jennifer Lawrence. I got a chuckle out of an interview I read of hers.  When asked if she is similar to the other Hollywood young actresses she replied, “”I’m very boring, and (the paparazzi) know that,” she said. “Like, all the paparazzi leave my house at like, 5.pm., because they know I’m not going anywhere.”
