Alex Morgan is the next “big star”. She is a knockout, she is fast, she has a great personality, and she should anchor our forward position for years to come. She is the best player in the NCAA right now; the only player selected for the US National Team.
I was watching an interview of her the other day and found our her nickname was “BABY HORSE”. She said she ran like a baby horse and that she was the youngest player on the team.
After watching her at the World Cup Final, I realized that she is amazing. If we would of won the game she would be on the cover of every magazine and newspaper tomorrow.
A large blogsite, Bleacher Reports, wrote and article about her “flaming out” due to the fact she is the wrong sport. They claim that America only watches soccer once or twice a year and then forgets about it the rest of the year.
I thought we would appreciate her for who she is.
